What was it that made you want to start this business?
Lack of opportunities in my field as a woman and ex-felon.

The buck stops with you! So it is important to make good decisions and hire the right team.
What are your future goals?
Next year – have CPA complete the payroll plan, and up my marketing Next 3-5 years grow my projects which will grow my revenue to $1 million.

What is the biggest issue that you face while running this business?
Getting big city projects. Inventory.
